I purchased the course. How do I access the modules? Once your purchase is complete, you should receive:

• an order confirmation email, and

• a second email letting you know that your digital download is ready.

Inside this 2nd email, you’ll find a download button to access your PDF guide.

The PDF contains:

• the course access link

• password to the course

• one-on-one session booking link

• materials list with reference links

• and other important information to help you get started.

How do I schedule the 1-on-1 call? After enrolling, you’ll receive an email with your course access details, page password, and a link to schedule your one-on-one session with me.

Will I be able to create my own sculpture after the class? Yes! I share my complete process openly - no gatekeeping. From materials and mold making to casting and finishing, you’ll learn the techniques, tips, tricks, and lessons I’ve gathered over the years so you can confidently create your own water-inspired resin sculpture.

Is the masterclass live? No, it’s self-paced and online, so you can learn at your own schedule.

Do I get personal guidance? Yes! Every student receives one 30-minute one-on-one call with me, along with ongoing email support throughout your learning journey.

What if I get stuck during the process? I’m here to help. If you run into challenges along the way, you can use your one-on-one session or reach out by email for guidance and support. You’re not alone in this process!

• The masterclass comes with lifetime access, but due to the digital nature of the course, we cannot offer refunds once the course is purchased.

• If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, email me to help you resolve them.

• The course teaches techniques for working with resin and sculpting materials, which can be toxic if handled improperly.

• Students are responsible for following safety guidelines, including wearing gloves and masks and working in a well-ventilated area. I will cover all safety instructions during the course.

• A full materials list will be provided, including which materials are essential and which are optional. The products and links shared throughout the course are meant to serve as references, helping you understand the type of materials needed so you can choose the brands and alternatives that work best for you based on your region and availability.
